Position: Guest Services Shift Supervisor
About: Wake County Department of Housing is seeking an experienced supervisor to join the South Wilmington Street Center team, a 24-hour Men’s Homeless Shelter serving the Raleigh community. The Shift Supervisor ensures compliance with policies for client intake and facility operations, leading a team of Guest Services Technicians dedicated to providing direct care services to homeless men.
Requirements: Associate’s degree; three years of job-related experience; equivalent education and experience are accepted. Experience working with the homeless population; two years of supervisory experience or more directly reporting employees.
