Position: Guest Services Representative (Part-Time)
About: AVE, a brand of Korman Communities, a real estate company focused on creating exceptional living experiences, is expanding and seeking Guest Services Representatives for their luxury flexible-stay apartment communities nationwide. The company is committed to providing top-notch service to residents and clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded on a daily basis.
Requirements: Must have face-to-face customer service experience; Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred; Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; Professional verbal and written communication skills; Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills; Ability to problem solve and proactively address concerns; Experience with industry systems and programs like Yardi and/or Oscar preferred; Ability to work independently and in a team environment
