Position: Guest Services Representative (Part-Time)

Requirements: Must have face-to-face customer service experience; Hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily industry experience strongly preferred; Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; Professional verbal and written communication skills; Detail orientation and excellent organizational skills; Ability to problem solve and proactively address resident concerns; Willingness to master industry systems and programs (Yardi and/or Oscar experience is a plus); Ability to work independently and in a team environment
