Position: Guest Services Representative
About: The Guest Services Representative position entails providing frontline customer service at a client location. The role reports to the Membership and Guest Experience Operations Manager and involves working with the public, members, and staff in various visitor service areas including the Visitor Center, Gallery, Railroad, Shuttle, and Tours. This is a part-time, non-exempt position requiring 26 hours per week.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; one year of cash handling experience highly preferred; two years of customer service experience required; proficiency in Altru by Blackbaud, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail preferred; excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette; welcoming and friendly personality with the ability to inform the public about the garden and events; self-motivated with high integrity, honesty, and work ethic; demonstrates flexibility and positive interaction with guests, team members, and other stakeholders; must have a valid California driver’s license
