About: Extended Stay is currently seeking a Guest Services Representative to join their team. As a Front Desk Agent/Concierge, you will assist guests with their requests, provide accommodations, process reservations, registrations, payments, and collect guest information for potential sales leads in accordance with company guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in guest services or hospitality preferred; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
