Position: Guest Services Rep Part Time-104020
About: Guest Services Representative position at a hotel, responsible for assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, completing front office paperwork, ensuring safety and security procedures, and maintaining cleanliness in various hotel areas. The position also involves promoting excellent guest experiences, handling reservations, payments, and collections, and selling the value of the establishment to potential guests. Other duties may include cross-training in housekeeping and laundry areas as needed.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in property management system technology; good judgment and problem-solving skills; ability to handle guest-related issues and work in various hotel areas; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts up to 50 pounds; willingness to travel to other locations within a reasonable geography
