About: The Guest Services Representative position at ESA Management, LLC demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, completing front office paperwork, ensuring safety and security procedures, and maintaining cleanliness standards. The role also involves cross-training in housekeeping and laundry areas as needed.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training; ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in property management system technology; strong problem-solving and guest service skills; attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines; physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various hotel environments
