About: Extended Stay America is seeking a Guest Services Representative (GSR) who is committed to providing the best possible experience for guests. The GSR will assist guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and ensure adherence to company safety and security procedures. Responsibilities include front office paperwork, reservation processing, and maintaining cleanliness in guest areas. The GSR will also engage in sales efforts, handle guest inquiries, and provide assistance as needed. Cross-training in housekeeping and laundry may be required. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous; ability to handle guest requests promptly and professionally; proficiency in reservation processing and cash handling; strong communication and organizational skills
