Position: Guest Services Manager
About: Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, located at 2255 Kalakaua Avenue in Honolulu, Hawaii, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager on Duty to lead and oversee all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service are maintained. This position also involves representing property management in resolving guest-related issues and supervising Guest Relations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
