Position: Guest Services Coordinator, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
About: Williams Lea is hiring an onsite Guest Services Coordinator for a top-tier law firm in New York’s Times Square area. The ideal candidate will have previous Concierge experience in a country club, upscale hotel, or professional legal environment. In this full-time role, you will manage the guest experience, demonstrating leadership in front-of-house service. Responsibilities include overseeing meetings and events, greeting visitors by name, escorting them, sharing office amenities, ensuring room details are accurate, and supporting other Front of House Associates with setups and catering orders. Requirements: Previous experience as a Concierge or similar role required; Excellent leadership skills; prior team leadership is a plus; Professional presentation and organization skills; Punctual and reliable with outstanding guest service skills; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Good time management and multitasking abilities; Interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality; Excellent command of English, both verbal and written; Operational experience at prestigious events preferred; Passion for delivering excellent guest service; Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems; Strong relationship management and communication skills; IT knowledge: familiarity with EMS, MS Office, and A/V equipment is an advantage; Ability to provide administrative support and prioritize workload
