About: Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) is seeking a Guest Services Representative to join their team and provide exceptional patient assistance and support. The role involves welcoming and guiding patients to ensure a positive experience, under the guidance of the Manager of Guest Services at MUHA.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and two years directly related customer service work experience; or an associate’s degree and one year directly related customer service work experience; or a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Computer experience required.
