Position: Guest Services Concierge 2 Day Shift
About: The Guest Services Concierge 2 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center (OLOLRMC) contributes to a great patient experience by providing non-medical care. This role involves providing a warm and welcoming first impression to all patients and visitors, facilitating communication, recognizing potential crisis situations, and acting as a liaison between guests and clinical team members. The position also involves regular visits with patients and families to enhance their experience and resolve any service recovery issues.
Requirements: Three years of experience in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment; High School diploma or equivalent
