Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year experience of customer service; Must have a high school education or equivalent experience, with Bachelor’s degree preferred; Adaptable interpersonal skills to communicate and address all associate levels of the hotel; Professional proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication; Due to the cyclical nature of the hotel industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel
