Position: Guest Services Agent
About: Highgate Hotels, Inc. is seeking a Guest Service Agent to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency within the hotel.
