Position: Guest Services Agent
About: The Partridge Inn (Hilton Curio) is currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner. This role involves performing Front Desk related functions, maintaining guest records, handling cash, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding the highest standards of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent; ability to take written and verbal direction in English; ability to relate to the public in a warm and friendly manner; attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; thorough knowledge of hotel policies and procedures; proficiency in handling money and office machines; willingness and ability to work alone as scheduled
