Position: Guest Service Supervisor
About: A Front Office Supervisor is responsible for assigning work and ensuring the completion of daily tasks in Front Office operations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Requirements: Minimum 18 years of age; US work authorization required; Valid Drivers License; Two years’ experience as a Guest Service Agent in a hotel (or comparable in other customer focused industry); Previous supervisor experience strongly preferred; Highly skilled in solving practical problems, using good judgment to deal with a variety of variables in guest and business situations; Excellent interpersonal and service skills; Ability to resolve conflict, think on your feet, influence and mentor others; Excellent grooming standards; Ability to work as part of a team; Able to work with little or no supervision; Able to demonstrate high energy, and strong enthusiasm for customer service; Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time; Willingness to work varied shifts, including night audit, weekends and holidays
