Position: Guest Service Representative
About: The Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square is seeking an organized and efficient individual to join their Rooms & Guest Services Operations team. The hotel is dedicated to providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and offering assistance with room reservations, requests, and inquiries.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a guest services or hospitality role preferred; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to multitask and handle various guest requests efficiently; knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
