About: Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Retail Associate/Team Member to join their team. As a Guest Service Representative at Nothing Bundt Cakes, you will promptly greet walk-in and phone guests, follow NbC Sweet Steps of Service, maintain strong product knowledge, and suggest additional merchandise to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; strong customer service skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; knowledge of cake products and offerings preferred
