Position: Guest Service Representative
About: The Guest Services Agent (GSA) plays a crucial role at a hotel, serving as the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment. They are responsible for front desk operations, guest services, and representing the brand to ensure a positive guest experience during their shift.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; professional communication skills; mathematical aptitude; problem-solving and organizational abilities; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe certification required; TIPS certification may be necessary; valid driver’s license required; physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
