Position: Guest Service Attendant – Part Time (Flamingo LV)
About: As a Guests Services Agent at Caesars Entertainment, you will be responsible for completing arrival and departure transactions for VIP guests checking in/out of the hotel. The role also involves assisting VIP guests with their needs, making recommendations, and ensuring all guest requests are met to provide exceptional guest service at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in a second language preferred; self-starter with strong problem-solving ability; detail-oriented and proactive; familiarity with software such as LMS, Hotsos, GoConcierge, SpaSoft, and CMS; ability to perform physical tasks like reaching, stooping, lifting up to 25lbs, standing for extended periods, and verbal communication
