About: At the heart of a vibrant hotel, the front office is the focal point. We are seeking a friendly and welcoming individual to be the face of our front desk, providing excellent service to our guests and creating a warm atmosphere. The role involves a variety of tasks to ensure a perfect hotel stay with a focus on customer service and efficiency in handling front desk operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-6 months of related experience preferred; excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle challenging situations with grace and efficiency; familiarity with local attractions and events; responsible handling of cash and proficiency in computer systems and property management tools
