About: As a part of the hotel industry, the front office at our hotel is the focal point of guest interactions and services. We are looking for a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Associate to ensure a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; preferably three to six months of related experience in a hotel or customer service role; exceptional customer service and communication skills; ability to handle cash transactions responsibly; proficient in using computers, databases, and property management systems
