Position: Guest Service Agent – Part Time
About: Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to deliver exceptional service at the front desk and support the Operations Manager. The GSA embodies the brand and is the first point of contact for guests, maintaining guest relations and ensuring smooth operations of Front Desk technology systems.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; background in the extended stay industry preferred; fluent in English with other languages beneficial; professional communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe certification required; TIPS certification may be required; valid driver’s license; ability to perform physical tasks and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
