Position: Guest Service Agent, Part-Time
About: Hotel Hermosa is seeking an outstanding Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join their team. The role involves maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor, effectively communicating with guests and team members, facilitating check-ins and check-outs, handling cash transactions, answering inquiries and reservations, and contributing to overall department and hotel performance.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle cash transactions accurately; experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
