Position: Guest Service Agent- Host
About: Hyatt Place Columbia Downtown is looking for a Guest Service Agent to create a superior experience for hotel guests, offering exceptional service and maintaining a welcoming environment. This role involves handling guest services at the Front Desk, bar, business center, guest check-in/out, and meeting rooms.
Requirements: Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field; schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays; strong command of the English language; ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced guest interaction position; ability to multitask; must be 21 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent required; basic computer skills such as Word, Excel; ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
