Position: Guest Service Agent – Front Desk (Full Time)
About: Terranea, a luxury coastal resort managed by CoralTree Hospitality, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to create exceptional guest experiences at the Front Desk and through the resort’s telephone system. The ideal candidate will be attentive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing top-notch service to guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of College Level courses in Business or Hospitality preferred; 2+ years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, preferably in Front Office/Rooms Division; CPR certification highly preferred; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
