About: The Longfellow Hotel, a 48-room luxury boutique hotel, cafe, and spa located in Portland, ME, is seeking a team of driven and empathetic Guest Service Agents. This full-service hotel, opening on May 17, 2024, is gaining recognition as one of the most highly anticipated openings in the US. Guest Service Agents play a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests, shaping their experience and fostering the culture of The Longfellow Hotel in the Portland business community.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; front desk experience preferred with knowledge of day-to-day operations; luxury hotel experience preferred; excellent communication skills; ability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays; genuine sense of empathy and care towards others; strong organizational skills; relevant Portland, ME area experience preferred
