Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to be the front line representative responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and efficient front desk operations. This role requires interaction with guests, handling reservations, and maintaining a high level of service standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; background in the extended stay industry is a plus; fluent in English with knowledge of other languages beneficial; strong verbal and written communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certification may be required; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
