Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Guest Services Agent (GSA) to join their team at the front desk. The GSA will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing exceptional service and support in line with Sonesta’s standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; professional verbal and written communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certifications may be required; valid driver’s license required; physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move objects; flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
