Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Sonesta ES Suites Wilmington – Newark is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to contribute to the hotel’s success by effectively managing front desk operations and providing exceptional guest services. The GSA is the primary point of contact for guests and represents the brand upon hotel entry.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; background in the extended stay industry is a plus; fluent in English with knowledge of additional languages beneficial; strong communication and mathematical skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera systems; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required; valid driver’s license; ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
