Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Sonesta ES Suites Wilmington – Newark, a hospitality establishment in Wilmington – Newark, is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to uphold the hotel’s mission and success by efficiently managing front desk operations and providing support to the Operations Manager. The GSA is responsible for guest relations, front desk technology systems, and representing the hotel brand to all guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; background in the extended stay industry advantageous; fluent in English with other languages beneficial; professional communication skills; basic math and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred; ServSafe and TIPS certifications required; valid driver’s license mandatory; physical abilities to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
