Position: Guest Service Agent

About: Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to join their team. The GSA plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to guests and clients, managing front desk operations, and supporting the Operations Manager. They are responsible for maintaining guest relations, handling technology systems, and embodying the brand as the first point of contact for hotel guests.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience, or retail customer service preferred; previous background from the extended stay industry preferred; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; professional verbal and written communication skills; mathematical skills including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances preferred; problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities preferred; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred; ServSafe certification required; may be required to obtain a TIPS certification; valid driver’s license required; ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
