Position: Guest Service Agent
About: Bird Dog Hospitality is a hotel investment and management company that believes in putting people first. Our Night Audit Guest Services Representatives (GSR) serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. They are responsible for running reports, updating systems, managing reservations, providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities. If you have attention to detail, customer service skills, and are a night owl, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Requirements: Work experience as a hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Night Audit, GSR or similar role preferred; experience with property management software is a plus; understanding of travel planning websites like Booking and TripAdvisor; customer service attitude; excellent communication and organizational skills; degree in a hospitality-related field is an asset; willingness to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
