Position: Guest Service Agent
About: The Sonesta hotel is currently seeking a Guest Services Agent (GSA) to join their team. The GSA plays a crucial role in maintaining the front desk operations and supporting the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth interactions with guests and handling technology systems effectively.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of previous hotel experience or retail customer service preferred; ability to speak, read, and write fluent English; professional communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems; ServSafe and TIPS certifications may be required; valid driver’s license essential; physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items up to 50 pounds; willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
