Position: GUEST RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
About: Froedtert Health, located at Froedtert Hospital facility in Milwaukee, is seeking a First Impression Officer to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to patients, families, and visitors within the health network.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience or a minimum of 6 months of experience internally at Froedtert Hospital; High School diploma or equivalent preferred; training in situational de-escalation techniques and Epic transport or EVS modules; proficiency in Microsoft programs, strong verbal communication skills, ability to track data accurately, bilingual preferred, proficiency in Epic desirable; American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or equivalent required within 90 days of hire
