Requirements: High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent; excellent communication, customer service skills, and organizational skills; strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build rapport; ability to work effectively and productively with others as a team; ability to work the schedule and hours dictated by business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as required; strong attention to detail; previous customer-facing experience
