Position: Guest Relations and Volunteer Services Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing Guest Relations, Volunteer Services, internal patient transport, valet service, and gift shop.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience equivalent; concierge-level customer service dedication; ability to interact effectively with a diverse population; customer service experience in crisis intervention or healthcare setting preferred; extensive experience in critical care situations preferred; demonstrated transformational leadership skills; strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience managing complex projects; superior problem-solving and facilitation skills; ability to champion Leading to Preeminence; exceptional visionary problem solver; people management and leadership competencies; ability to facilitate and lead work groups; blend of management and technical expertise; knowledge of regulatory guidelines; ability to pioneer quality improvement initiatives; experience preparing and adhering to Service Level Agreements; knowledge of state and federal laws
