Position: Guest Experience Manager
About: Virgin Hotels Las Vegas is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to coordinate and manage guest correspondence and service scores, ensuring an optimum guest experience.
Requirements: Collaborate closely with Executive Director of Hotel Operations; Create a persistent focus on guest experience; Act as a strategic partner to operating department leadership; Provide strategic direction for training on guest service; Identify areas of opportunity to enhance guest journey and propose solutions; Measure, analyze, and report on guest service satisfaction metrics; Collaborate with Marketing Department on reputation management; Monitor guest service data and generate action plans; Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly; Ability to use all equipment associated with the position; Must be able to review, comprehend, and respond to necessary documentation; Operate in a working environment subject to varying levels of crowds, noise, vibrations, smoke, and hazards; Take proper safety precautions and work outside in all weather conditions
