Position: Group Sales Manager (SMERF Segment) – Luxury Hotel Group
About: Our client, a luxury boutique hotel group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Group Sales Manager with a strong background in the SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, Fraternal) market segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and an in-depth understanding of the unique needs of SMERF clients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or a related field; minimum of 3-5+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on the SMERF segment; proven ability to exceed sales goals and revenue targets; excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional service; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; proficiency in CRM software such as Ivvy or Delphi and MS Office Suite.
