Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred; Possesses excellent telephone sales skills; Excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes; Knowledge of operations; Knowledge of Marriott lodging products, cultures, and brand strategies; Knowledge of food trends, food and beverage, and menu planning; Knowledge of contractual agreements and legal implications; Strong customer and relationship management skills; Effective decision-making skills; Good negotiation skills; Strong communication skills; Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect department; Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems including SFA and Delphi
