Position: Group Reservations Specialist
About: The MGM Resorts International is a leading hospitality and entertainment company known for creating unique and show-stopping experiences for guests. They are currently seeking a Group Reservations (Housing) Specialist to join their team at one of their Corporate Offices based in Las Vegas, NV.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent; at least 1 year of customer or guest services experience; prior group housing, front desk, call center or similar position experience; prior experience working with OPERA, Delphi, Passkey, Amadeus, etc; prior casino, hotel or similar resort setting experience; basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
