Requirements: At least 1 year of customer or guest services experience; High school diploma, GED or equivalent; Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Prior group housing, front desk, call center or similar position experience; Prior experience working with OPERA, Delphi, Passkey, Amadeus, etc.; Prior casino, hotel, or similar resort setting experience
