Position: Group Concierge
About: City Experiences is seeking a Group Concierge for our City Cruises operation in Chicago, IL. This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System. The Group Concierge will help drive the post-purchase process for group guests, developing strong rapport while handling vital details of the group business. Reporting to the General Manager or the Senior Concierge Manager, this position requires adaptability, dynamism, and alignment with City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support or as an event coordinator; effective oral and written communication skills; high level of organization and detail-orientation; ability to multitask; establish effective working relationships; effective problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); flexibility to work nights and weekends for site inspections and guest needs.
