Position: Group Concierge
About: City Experiences is seeking a Group Concierge for our City Cruises operation in Chicago, IL. This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences’ RESPECT Service System. The Group Concierge will help drive the post-purchase process for group guests, developing strong rapport while handling vital details of the group business. This position will report to the General Manager or the Senior Concierge Manager depending on port-specific needs.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support or as an event coordinator. Effective communication skills, high level of organization, detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple tasks/projects, establish effective working relationships, problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
