Position: Grill Cook
About: Food Service & Catering, University of Charleston is seeking a Grill Cook to join their team. The Grill Cook will be responsible for customer service, food preparation, cooking to customer’s order, and maintaining cleanliness of the dining location.
Requirements: Able to read, write and perform basic math; Able to follow verbal and written instructions; Must be customer-oriented, organized and detail oriented; Able to occasionally lift 30 pounds; Must be able to move through the kitchen/grill area to retrieve/gather supplies and equipment; Bending, standing, moving, carrying, writing, lifting, reaching; High standard of personal hygiene
