Requirements: Two-year degree or equivalent experience; four-year degree preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the wood products manufacturing industry (Pellets, OSB, Fiber Board, Pulp / Paper). Project management experience and Lean manufacturing training preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in challenging environments.
