Position: Greek House Chefs – Chef Non Exempt
About: Greek House Chefs, Inc. is currently seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary activities for the GHC Kitchen. The position involves managing kitchen operations, training staff, planning menus, purchasing supplies, and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent communication with house and GHC management.
Requirements: 2-3 years Lead Sous or Executive Chef experience and/or culinary degree preferred; ability to read and interpret documents; ability to write reports and speak effectively before groups; Serv Safe Certification required; ability to stand and walk over 2/3 of the time, lift up to 50lbs under 1/3 of the time
