Position: Food and Beverage Assistant Manager
About: Since 2009, Grand Beach Hospitality Group has built, opened and operated three hotels in four buildings in Miami Beach, Surfside and Bay Harbor Islands. The company currently manages and operates over 900 rooms.
Requirements: Freestanding restaurant experience; strong food and liquor knowledge; excellent customer service skills; concise written and verbal communication skills in English; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to meet deadlines; ability to deal with internal and external customers
