Position: Goode Company Taqueria Manager

Our Managers play a pivotal role in executing our brand promise of serving authentic Texas cuisine with a focus on quality and consistency. They prioritize building strong customer relationships, collaborating with GMs to meet strategic objectives, and ensuring the highest standards of service and performance across all restaurant operations.
Requirements: 2 or more years of counter service management experience required; knowledge of all kitchen operations (mesquite, prep, line quality identifiers and standards); P&L accountability experience highly preferred; Spanish speaking a plus, not required; excellent communication skills, verbal and written; excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
