Position: Goode Company Kitchen and Cantina Assistant General Manager

Requirements: 2 or more years of previous Restaurant Management Experience required; Knowledge of all Kitchen (expo, mesquite, prep, line quality identifiers and standards), and Dining Room systems and operations (To Go, Host, Bar, and service standards); Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience required; Spanish speaking a plus, not required; Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office experience
