Position: Gold Cost F&B Chef
About: Palisades Tahoe Resort, located in Olympic Valley, CA, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. This role involves managing all aspects of food production and operations in the kitchen at Gold Coast, a mid-mountain quick-serve lodge offering a variety of dining options. The position includes overseeing menu and recipe development, team performance, cost controls, and waste management program. The successful candidate will work year-round at seasonal operations and uphold the values of the resort in delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree, or culinary school graduate or equivalent with progressive growth in the culinary field; Five years of Kitchen Management and/or training; Three years of supervisory experience; Must have or be able to obtain CA Food Handlers Card; State-applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
